How much do I have to pay when I place my order?

Answer: Normally, new customers are required to place a 75% deposit on all orders. If you prefer, you may prepay for your entire order. The remainder of your balance shall be due at delivery or pickup.

Is it cheaper to do a shorter CD?

Answer: No, the price varies by the length of a CD not by how much content is on it.

How do I set up my colors?

Answer: Your artwork must be done in CMYK. When designing your artwork, make sure you start in CMYK mode. If you start in RGB mode, you can later convert to CMYK but the color may change a lot.

What is the difference between duplication and replication?

Answer: Duplication is done on CD-R & DVD-Rs. It's is the perfect choice for low quantity jobs and a quick turn around. Replication is for large copy jobs. The master is copied into a glass master, and hundreds of copies are replicated at a lower cost than duplication.

What is the turnaround time to get a CD or DVD copied?

Answer: Turnaround time depends on the quantity and location of client. Please ask your agent for an estimate of how long the project will take,

Can you create the CD label for us?

Answer: If you tell us how you want the label to look, and/or provide us with a sketch and graphics files, we can create a professional looking label for your disc. There is a charge of $80.00 per hour for graphics design.

Do you copy copyrighted music or software?

Answer: We duplicate and replicate CDs and DVDs ONLY when if own the material on them, or have copyright permission. You are asked to sign a form and prove your ownership of the material to be duplicated before your order is processed.

My file is bigger than 10 Mb, how do I send it to you?

Answer: If your file is bigger than 10MB, we will provide you with an FTP account to upload your artwork. Less than 10Mb files can be emailed to graphics@duplicators.net...and you can always bring the artwork in person and request a laser color proof.

Do you do business-card size CDs?
